Release notes

What changed, and when — every Talentflow update, newest first.

v0.7.0

16 August 2026

Missions, onboarding, and a home of its own

  • The moment a contract is signed, a mission is born (MIS-....) — planned, then active on its start date automatically, or earlier when the account manager says so
  • New hires get their account the day they sign: a welcome email, choose your password, and the portal is theirs before day one
  • Onboarding, structured: a standard checklist (documents, IT, welcome) the new colleague works through in their portal — uploads included — while HR tracks, completes or waives items with a reason
  • HR opens Today to an "Onboarding in progress" queue; account managers see their missions come alive
  • Workers see their mission on the portal home and a "My mission" page — dates, client, position, honest status
  • Electronic signing is now verified against the real Namirial environment end to end
  • The application moved to its own home: https://talentflow.team, with email from hello@talentflow.team
v0.6.0

16 August 2026

Signing, from the freelancer side

  • The signing link now opens a proper page: your terms, your documents to download, a tracker of where the signature stands — and the signature itself, right there
  • Employees see "My contracts" in their portal: every deal that reached them, its terms, documents and live status, with a Continue-signing shortcut
  • Marking a contract signed by hand is now honest: only possible after an electronic ceremony has failed — never while one is still running
  • Account managers see deals in their Today summary line, next to everything else that needs them
  • Row actions on every list now stay reachable on smaller screens — no more horizontal hunting
v0.5.0

15 August 2026

Deals, real signatures, and every open question answered

  • The deal is born: when a candidate is hired — or by hand for placements that skipped the funnel — a commercial record (DEA-....) tracks rate, start date and duration through its own honest lifecycle
  • Contract packs generated from the deal itself: framework agreement + mission annex as PDFs, with the real terms filled in
  • Send for signature: the freelancer signs electronically (Namirial), the company seal is applied automatically — with a full ceremony tracker on the deal
  • Notify-me grew up: confirmation email before you are subscribed (double opt-in), messages in your language, and honest data retention driven by one configurable promise
  • Recruiters see the full history on every application — who moved it, when, and why
  • Quick-add now recognises returning candidates, and any candidate can be attached to a position — spontaneous applicants are finally actionable
  • Finance and managers can open the lists behind their numbers — and the numbers only count what each viewer may see
  • The language you pick on the job board is remembered on your next visit
  • A tidier pipeline board (closed items capped with a view-all), a calendar that always shows its week, and a full fix pack from the first test report — thank you, Catalin
v0.4.0

15 August 2026

Internal mobility, the interview calendar, and answers

  • Employees can now apply to open roles straight from their portal — one click, and it stays confidential unless you decide your manager may see it
  • "My applications" in the portal: every application you made, with its live status — the same honest tracker candidates get
  • A real interview calendar in the workspace: your week at a glance, everyone's week for those who need it
  • Interview invitations now carry a calendar file — one tap adds it to Outlook or Google Calendar, for interviewers and candidates alike
  • A morning email digest: today's interviews, at 08:00, in your language
  • Executives and HR open Today to the numbers first — funnels up top, queues folded underneath
  • Both funnels now answer the harder question too: the top reasons we lose positions and candidates
  • Language switcher is now a tidy dropdown everywhere — ready for more languages
  • A cleaner header on phones, and emails that never make you wait: sending happens in the background with automatic retries
v0.3.0

15 August 2026

Candidates: apply online, track everything

  • Candidates can now apply online — a guided journey: your details, CV upload, an honest consent step, and a final review before submitting
  • No fitting role? Spontaneous applications are welcome too — recruiters pick them up from the same place
  • Every applicant gets a confirmation email with a personal status link — no account needed, and an expired link can be re-sent
  • Recruiters work applications on a pipeline board — applied, contacted, interviewing, offer — with the same one-click stage moves everywhere
  • Interviews are logged with outcomes, and "Your interviews today" appears on the Today dashboard
  • The Today dashboard now answers the big question: candidate funnel numbers, time-to-hire and hire rate at a glance
  • Sign in from the job board — everyone lands in the right place for their role
  • Administrators and executives get an audit trail: who changed what, and who signed in
  • The demo comes pre-filled with realistic candidates at every stage, so there is always something to explore
v0.2.0

15 August 2026

Languages, your preferences, and stay-informed

  • The job board and panels now speak English, French, German and Dutch — pick your language and it sticks
  • Choose comfortable or compact lists — your preference follows you on any device
  • Not accepting applications yet? Leave your email with consent and we notify you the moment a position opens
  • Groundwork for the full candidate application journey (coming in the next update)
v0.1.0

14 August 2026

First release: positions, end to end

  • Public job board with search, position details and theme switcher (light/dark)
  • Positions move through a clear lifecycle — from request to validated, open and closed — with the full history always visible
  • Today dashboard: every role sees what needs them right now
  • User management with roles, permissions and account deactivation
  • Interactive help guide in every section
